Each class is different, our top team of instructors work every muscle in your body with heavy weights but in a safe environment. You can lift with Speed but control.
Resistance = Strength Training, which is lifting heavy weights!
Cardio = Heart
Resistance-Cardio = lifting heavy weight with minimal rest periods between reps, sets and exercises!
The 15 Minute Workout
The R15 workout is designed to be super intense that you do not need a minute longer. Anything more will be counterproductive.
Finally, a workout that fits in your diary & produces results!
WHAT DO I NEED
1. Nothing! Arrive 10 minutes early to your first class, this is so we can introduce you to your trainer and give you an overview of what to expect. If you have chosen to wear a heart rate belt, we'll assign you your heart rate belt.
2. All you need are your gym clothes and gym trainers. Grip/weight gloves are optional.
3. There will be no warm up stretching or cool down.
BEFORE THE SESSION
COME ON, LET'S GO!
1. Buy or bring water. You must hydrate. You are going to need this!
2. Be ready for a workout that's going to leave you wanting more! (when you recover)
DURING THE SESSION
1. Ask the trainers to book your next session in or buy a class or a package, (we recommend the packages or a membership to R15). We bring results, once you see this you will only want more, and the packages are the most cost effective way to go.
