WELCOME TO THE RED ZONE 

The energy of the class is like nothing you’ve experienced before. As soon as your Trainer starts the class, you’ll lose yourself, trying to get your heart rate into the Red Zone (90%+ of your max HR). The Class dynamic, TV monitors and Trainers will get you lifting heavier and moving faster!

The 15 Minute workout is designed to take efficiency and convenience to a whole new level

whilst getting some of the best results – based on science.

THE SCIENCE

Burning calories within a class is great, what’s even better is burning more calories whilst you REST!!

 

Each pound of muscle on your body burns up to 100 calories per day. Imagine having 10  pounds of extra toned rejuvenating muscle on your body, not only will this keep you young, you’ll also be burning up to 1,000 extra calories a day.

5 DAY SCHEDULE

The programming at R15 carefully alternates muscle focus to ensure that your body gets a balanced workout. The exercises alternate every week, keeping it fresh and breezy!

MONDAY GET LOW - Lower Body

Who hates Mondays? Not us and not today! Start your week strong, and where else best to start, than from the Abs down. We are paying special attention to your booty and legs today.

TUESDAY ARM-A-GEDDON - Upper Body 

Tuesdays we are balancing out the muscle from Mondays workout! We’re switching it up using the primary muscle groups of your upper body we will have you standing taller and pushing harder. 

WEDNESDAY MISSION SLIM-POSSIBLE  - Full Body

"Zero body count." This is a no hump day! Power moves only. 

 

THURSDAY  GYM CLASS HEROES - Back & Shoulders

We're bringing sexy back!

This workout should really be called "take your top off at the beach day", because that is what you are going to want to do, when you're finished with Thursday.

FRIDAY THE A TEAM - Abs, Arms & Ass 

Quit your Jibber Jabber, you don't need to get on an air-plane for this workout to take you places!
